A woman has died while several other people, including a three-year-old girl, have been hospitalised after serious assaults at a home in Melbourne’s southeast.
The woman was found with critical injuries at a Narre Warren house after emergency services were called to the property about 1pm on Monday but later died.
Police and emergency service crews also found two others with serious injuries.
The child reportedly suffered stab wounds, according to 7News, and is now in a stable condition.
A fourth person — a man believed to be aged in his 40s — was arrested at the scene and is also being treated for serious injuries.
Victoria Police say they are not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident.
Homicide detectives are investigating.
