    Police are seeking assistance from the community to help locate a 23-year-old man missing since last Tuesday (December 29).

    Jesse James was last seen in the Hillcrest area last Tuesday morning and has not been seen or heard from since.

    Police and family hold concerns for Jesse’s welfare as he has a medical condition.

    Jesse is described as 165cm tall, he has fair skin with a slim build, light brown hair and blue eyes.

    It is understood Jesse may be travelling on a dark bike like the one pictured below.

    Anyone who has seen Jesse or knowns his whereabouts should contact police.
