Detectives from Petrie Criminal Investigation Branch are investigating an armed robbery at a restaurant in Kallangur overnight. At 9.27pm, a man entered the restaurant on Anzac Avenue, armed with a syringe and demanded money from a female employee. The employee placed money from the cash register in a bag and handed this to the man.
